Unit information Form
This is for essential information about those living in the suite or contact information for owners who live elsewhere. For safety and convenience, this form should be updated when there are changes to the information.
Agreement to Receive Notices Electronically Form
Pre-authorized payment/debit agreement for common elements fees and/or parking
This authorizes your bank to automatically deduct fees and/or parking charges from your account.
MESH information form for cellular entry
Parcel and envelope waiver
This form allows the management office to accept parcels or envelopes on your behalf except for those items listed on the form.
Elevator reservation
Elevator reservations are now done through Building Link. If you do not yet have a Building Link account, you can sign up for one by filling out the form agreeing to receive notices electronically and leaving it with the office. They will set up your account and you will receive an email from Building Link allowing you access to the system.

Bicycle storage agreement
This form is to request and register your bicycle parking space.
Suite renovation agreement
The form is for your description of the renovation you wish to make, and it notes whether the request is approved or denied. The “terms and conditions” spell out the do’s and don’t’s of renovations for your information.

Party Room rental agreement
The form is used to apply for the rental of the B1 Party Room. Also included are the terms and conditions of such use.
Parking agreement
This form is the agreement between the resident and the Corporation about the rental arrangements for a vehicle parking spot in the underground garage.
